How To Structure A KILLER Bridge Page Video To Increase Your Conversions

If you are not getting the kind of conversions that you want in your business it’s probably because you are not doing bridge marketing, it’s one of the most common mistakes people make online and it costs them a lot of profits.
Your bridge page is arguably the most important and underutilized pages in your whole online marketing funnel. What the heck is BRIDGE PAGE and how it can help you increase your conversions and make more sales no matter what you are promoting?
Bridge Page is a page that bridges the gap between your capture page and your sales page. 
When you are building your #1 online asset – your email list – it’s all about the relationships that you build with those people and how much they trust you. A new lead is a NEW relationships that you are building. What most people do is they send their new leads straight to a sales page.
Yeah Vitaliy you may ask, but if I have a bridge page, don’t I lose people and less people see my sales page? Yeah, but you will make more money trust me and here is why. 
Bridge page and bridge VIDEO in it allows you to:
  • Build your authority
  • Build relationships with new people on your email list
  • Brand yourself 
  • Create that know, like and trust factor (if you can get a person feel that they know you, like you and trust you, they will much more likely to purchase from you) 
  • Give results in advance, let them have a small win before they bought from you, give them value first and show your expertise

How To Structure A KILLER Bridge Page Video To Increase Your Conversions

There are 2 Types of bridge page videos you can have: 

1. Bridge Video pre-framing them what comes next
2. Free Training
In the regular bridge video you share more of your relatable story and and touch on their pain points and direct them to the solution that comes next. 
With free training you actually provide value and allow them to experience a small win, some result that they care about, and you are building more goodwill. If you do it right you can still notify them at the end about the solution that you have in a non-pushy way. 
If you are going to provide value and go the free training route, let this free thing be a tease to the full thing but not replacing it. It needs to be something that compliments the main product/system and not replacing it.
Give them enough value so they feel they got value from you but also feel that they need the full program to really get the benefits. Don’t give away the farm in other words.  

How to structure your bridge video 

Be real, be different and be you. They have a problem and they’re hoping that you have the solution for them. Don’t be a salesy person that tries to sell them something hard core. People don’t like to be sold to, but they love to connect with real people and allow themselves to buy. 
Do everything out of place of service. I genuinely want to see the person who is watching the video getting results in their lives. Be focused on how to help people and provide value rather then making money.  
There are 4 steps to create a bridge video that I learned from my buddy Jon Penberty who is a very successful online marketer. 

Step 1 – Qualify Yourself 

First you need to introduce yourself and tell them why it’s worth for them being on this page and watching this video, and why you it’s worth it to listen to you because you actually know what you are talking about.

This is the place where you can show the PROOF that you have got results and you are speaking from experience and you are an authority figure about this topic. You can show a screenshot of the commissions you earned or show social proof in other ways. 

You can also use the testimonials and success stories of other people and it works similarly well. 

But in any case don’t ever lie about your result, be truthful. 

Most importantly SPEAK WITH CONFIDENCE and authority. This alone is enough to have people watching your video and listening to you. 

Step 2 – Magnify The Problem  

Here you want to magnify the problem they are experiencing, making it bigger and more prominent, letting them being aware of the pain they are experiencing right now in their life.
The best way to do it so share a story about YOUR pain you have been experiencing, telling your brief story that relates to your audience. When you talk about your pain they feel their pain and they bond with you.

Step 3 – Simplify The Solution 

Let them know that you are aware of the problem and that you have experienced it and you have tried many different things and finally you have found the solution, something that actually works and it’s simpler than you even realized. 
Let them know that if you did it they can do, that they can actually do it because it’s simple and fast and easy enough. 

Step 4 – Let Them Know What Is The Next Step 

So here you notifying them where they need to go and what they need to do to solve their problem, what is the next step, you are giving them a call to action. 
First you give them a soft close. Don’t be a hard core salesman that pushes them to buy something and do something. 
You can say “Hey listen, if you enjoyed this video, If you are interested in checking out this program that I found, I’ll tell you what I do I’ll leave a link below this video, feel free to click on it and check it out for yourself, it might change your life like it changed mine” 
Something along the lines, just gently directly them to take the action in a non-pushy way.
Then you want to tell them what they can expect next when they click the button. What they will see on the next page, what video they will watch, who will speak and how it will benefit them and again do it softly. 

Final Tips

The whole bridge page should be very simple, just a video and a button, maybe a headline above the video. 
You don’t need a professional high quality production video to do it. A simple video will be enough with you in your home. 
Yes it helps if you move outside and shoot the video near the beach or cool exotic location that will show your lifestyle, but I know marketers who made hundreds of thousands of dollars with a simple bridge video near their computer in their home office. 
Make the video short and to the point. About 3 minutes max. 5 minutes is good. The longer the video is, the more you’ll lose people and they will not go to the next page because they will not hear your call to action at the end.
