Hey my friend in today’s show I want to share with you a very simple yet very profound concept that will change everything for you if you embrace it – love your customers more than you love your products.  What do I mean…?

Well you know I’m sure that you love your products, and a lot of times we tend to focus in our marketing communication on all the benefits of the product, how great and shiny it is, and what it does, and how much money it’s going to make them, and we tend to forget sometimes about what is the most important…

It’s not the product, it’s the people who are buying the product. 

If you want to get your amazing products into the hands of people, you want to focus on the people and take care of your customers, and create amazing experience for them after they buy. 

A lot of people forget about their customers after they buy…

The more amazing experience you are going to create for people that have become your customers, the more you are going to love your customers, the more they will love you back, and buy from you more, and recommend you to their friends. 

How do you love your customers?

You love your customers by demonstrating that you care about their success,  by giving a damn, by guiding them in the right direction to the solutions to their problems, by seeking to understand them and their situation and leading them.
