$4.2 Million Dollar Training – 5 Big Ideas On Your Path To 7 Figures

million-dollars-in-real-estateOne of my dear mentors, Vick Strizheus, just did a webinar he titled $4.2 Million Dollar Training, because that’s how much he made in one of his businesses in the last 15 months. He shared some very cool advanced marketing strategies and ideas that worth millions of dollars if you apply them, so I want to share with you what I learned and help you take your business to a new level. Some of the ideas you may have heard before, and others you might dismiss for its simplicity,  but the question is do you apply it consistently, have you mastered it? Because it’s not what you know, it’s what you consistently do what matters. 

Big idea #1 – Have a Clear Target That You Can Actually See

You must have a clear goal of what you want to accomplish. Do you really know what you want, how much monthly income do you want, what kind of lifestyle you want to live? Write it down in your journal in detail. Visualize it as if it’s already true right now and you are enjoying the accomplishment of this goal. What images do you see? How do you feel? Who do you hang out with? You want to practice “back from future thinking” – begin with the end in mind and see this clear vision inside. Surround your environment with pictures that represent your vision and look often at it. 

That’s how you start reprogramming your mind from years of negativity, pessimism and other crap that your parents, teachers and peers have been telling you.

The goal must be big enough to move you, to inspire you, to stretch you so much that you will lose sleep and do whatever it takes to get it. What’s your WHY, always remember the reasons that you want to do it and create massive leverage on yourself. Is it your kids? Is it creating something special that no one in your family has been able to achieve?

Big idea #2 –   Find a Good Mentor and/or a Role Model

There is no faster short cut to get your goals achieved than to find and work with a good mentor who has been there, done that, and has a good track record of success stories. All the people that are extremely successful had mentors. Tony Robbins had a mentor – Jim Rohn. Dan Kennedy had a mentor – Ogilvy. We all stand on the shoulders of giants. Really smart people have many mentors in different areas. 

Find someone that is doing what you like to do and model after what they do even more than what they say. How do they think the way they think? What they do and why they do the way they do it? Where are they going? What’s their big vision? 

Now you need to cancel the noise. Many of you are subscribed to many different marketers, you read their emails and next thing you know your day is gone. You want to be on the other side, someone who sends emails. So unsubscribe and choose 1-3 people that you are going to follow closely what they do and how they do it. Buy their stuff. Reach them and become a coaching student. That will save you a lot of time and money in the long run. 

Big Idea #3 – Develop Success Habits 

Habits are everything. You need to develop the success habits. Constantly expand your thinking. Best way to do it is reading. I challenge you to read at least 30 minutes every day, like a routine. Something personal development, something that will inspire you. Leaders are readers, period. What 3 books are you reading right now? Also start listening every day to inspirational audio messages and watch what’s going to happen to your thinking. 

Also be resourceful. Refuse to accept no, refuse to use the word impossible. It’s not the amount of resources you have, it’s how resourceful you are with the resources you have. Remember that you create your own circumstances. 

Decide not to be typical. Re-Train your mind to enjoy doing the things that other people don’t want to do. Most people prefer just watching TV, they will never do something big in their lives. But you enjoy marketing. You enjoy creating content. You enjoy building products. It starts with a decision to become extraordinary. Go the extra mile, especially when it’s hard. Remember that every problem  brings new opportunity. The bigger the problem, the bigger the opportunity. 

Big idea #4 – Believe in What You’re Selling

I would never promote something that I’m not using personally and that I stand 100% behind it. You need to be your best customer. You need to speak with conviction, and really believe that if you don’t do a good enough job at selling you are doing them a disservice. Selling is a transference of emotions primarily. 

Do it for the bigger reason than just to make money. Just making money is not inspiring to people.

Don’t sell products. Sell visions, sell ideas, sell dreams, sell outcomes. That’s how you will stand out from everyone else. I’m not just selling MLSP, I’m telling about the big vision, the growth of YOU as a leader, the kind of personal transformation that will occur to you and your business, and I truly believe that people who use this product, this platform, are going to do amazing things in their business and lives. 

Big Idea #5 – Have Marketing Systems In Place

Marketing systems range from simple to more complex. Ultimate marketing systems allow you to automate and leverage your efforts to the point when you can stop promoting and money will keep coming. Imagine sending traffic to a system that will perpetually drive traffic on autopilot for you. It’s like a snowball that will keep getting bigger and bigger, you just need to make the first push. 

What Vick was talking about is the ultimate marketing system and mass auto leverage. There is a way to do things so that when your leads come into the system, they will invite other people into your system on autopilot and you will grow your list automatically by leveraging the traffic that other people will send you. 

This is pretty advanced stuff, and I can’t get into details about this, but just know that the better marketing system you have, the easier it will be for you to build a business. Think of it this way, if you put $2 into your marketing and got $5 back on average, then your marketing system works and you can scale it to a new level. One of the best marketing systems I know of is TTI. It’s like a Rolls Royce of all affiliate programs, very lucrative program that you can check out for a low price.
